Indulge in some healthy competition as each cocktail bar competes against the rest to make their own original cocktail using a range of liquors, spirits, syrups, fresh fruit, juices and specialised equipment available to them.

Cocktail Class Overview
Our public cocktail making classes offer an immersive two-hour experience designed to introduce you to the essentials of mixology in a fun, social setting. Begin with a complimentary reception cocktail as you settle into the venue, before our expert mixologists guide you through the foundations of cocktail making, from core techniques to flavour balancing. You’ll then step behind your own fully stocked cocktail station (shared with no more than four guests), to shake, stir and build four delicious cocktails, each one made and enjoyed by you.
The class wraps up with a lively cocktail-making competition, where each bar group creates an original drink using a wide range of spirits, syrups, juices, fresh fruits and professional equipment, with bragging rights going to the winning creation. Perfect for individuals, couples or small groups looking for a memorable London experience, these classes blend learning, entertainment and hands-on creativity.
